Terms of purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of tickets through this online shop, operated by [Merchant details will be published](“the Seller”). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Ordering process

Tickets are purchased in four steps: select the desired ticket category or seat, reserve it for a limited time while you complete your details, pay securely by card or another offered payment method, and receive your e-ticket by e-mail immediately after successful payment. A reservation that is not paid within the displayed time limit is automatically released and must be started again.

2. Prices and currency

All prices shown in the shop are expressed in euro (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. No additional fees are added at checkout beyond those clearly disclosed before payment. All payments will be effected in euro (EUR).

3. Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered exclusively in electronic form (e-ticket), sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Each e-ticket carries a unique QR code that is scanned once at the entrance; a ticket is valid for a single entry only and cannot be duplicated or reused after being scanned. Please keep your e-ticket confidential and do not share the QR code publicly.

4. Returns, exchanges and withdrawal

Under Article 79 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance — which includes tickets for this event. Accordingly, purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for a different date, category or ticket holder, except where the event itself is cancelled (see Section 6 below).

5. Complaints procedure

Written complaints regarding a purchase, an order or the operation of this shop may be sent to [Merchant details will be published]. We confirm receipt and respond in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

6. Event cancellation

If the event for which a ticket was purchased is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, the Seller commits to refunding the full ticket price to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the cancellation is announced. If the event is postponed to a new date, previously purchased tickets remain valid for the new date unless stated otherwise in the cancellation notice.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with a purchase made through this shop shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the buyer under applicable law.
