After a successful payment, tickets with a QR code arrive at the email address entered during purchase. Print them or show them on your phone at the entrance.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of the concert being cancelled. Details are set out in the terms of purchase.
I haven't received my tickets by email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If your tickets still haven't arrived, enter your order number on the Find your order page or get in touch with us.
How many tickets can I buy?
